Gabriela Lino is the founder of RMG, originally starting her career as an entrepreneur at 16, moving on to real estate during her senior year of high school at 18.
Now with 5+ years of managing and scaling small businesses under her belt. She wanted to help every business in any way she could. Especially in the areas that most find tedious or not their particular interest, she loves to jump in.
Specializing in brand marketing, scaling, staffing, and financial compliance. With a passion for empowering businesses and nonprofits, she delivers innovative, sustainable solutions that drive growth, operational success, and long-term impact.
Gabriela focuses on enhancing the scaling process and bridging the gap between technological innovation and meaningful outcomes, supporting organizations in achieving their strategic goals while saving them valuable time.
Gabriela spearheads impactful events that foster collaboration and professional development. She actively serves on the board of PACKS FOR KIDS in Mukilteo WA. Providing children in the school district with weekly food bags. As well as aiding in Green Energy funding projects, and opportunities. Her unwavering dedication to inclusive change reflects her commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and children across the globe.
Thomas Coglas- Executive Media Director
Thomas Coglas is the Executive Media Director at RMG, overseeing all aspects of media marketing for local clients. With over 5 years of experience in the film industry, Thomas has worked across multiple sectors, developing a strong foundation in crafting compelling visual narratives that achieve measurable results.
His role encompasses the full lifecycle of social media campaigns, including strategic planning, directing shoots, producing high-quality content, and delivering assets that resonate with target audiences.
